The Sagrada Familia reserves the right to refuse admission. At the entrance, visitors will have their bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal items checked.  No refunds will be provided.
Any person failing to appear at the established time will not be refunded.
Decorum dress is required.
Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.
The Tour Timings are seasonality based, please check the calendar and exact timings in option to book your tour.
The group must enter collectively, with one ticket held by the guide. Since the tickets will be validated at the Sagrada Familia gate, they cannot be used again, so arriving late to the meeting location will result in the loss of the trip.
