Efficiently run. Regular service. Plenty of assistants to help with any queries. Ear phones mostly reliable & sound quality not bad. Obviously passes all tourist attractions. Information about when you can change from red route to blue or vice versa. Highly recommend.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The sites definitely worth seeing! The history and cultural explanations were very interesting. The switch points between orange and green lines tended to be long periods of waiting.

We enjoyed very much during the 2 days ride. However the stop #1 at Catalunya for Red Line was cancelled without any prior notice and the map is still not updated for this cancellation
