It was just ok, not as good as most of other city tours we have done throughout the world. Disappointing we did not a close up of the Palace - just a glimpse of the top of the roof through the trees.

It was Ok, Historic Route was much better than the Modern Route, the later was almost entirely covered by huge trees which made it very difficult to see something, maybe except for Bernabeu. All in one it was Fair/Ok, not much to expect.

Would have loved the guide to speak English as well as Spanish when explaining the sights. It would have been really helpful if he had a microphone so we could all hear at the back of the upper deck too!

excellent opportunity to see so many places in aconvinient way; there were some problems with recording and sound quality, maybe more languages like Polish wouldnt be a problem but would help
