Not bad for the price but pick up/drop off area is too narrow and chaotic especially with young kids. Also the microphone had horrible sound so it would be better if there was no commentary at all. Otherwise nice staff considering the madness of it all.

The guide Fernando was very good. But he was so friendly that He would interrupt while the recorded tour was playing. Also, his microphone was too loud.

We made an online booking. Everything was perfect. We walked about 1 km from Sol station. The tours start from there and by chance we were on the right bus for the historical tour. At around 10:30 a.m. the bus wasn't that full on the upper deck.
