So you do get a great panoramic tour of Madrid. But it really isn't Hop On... plenty of opportunity to Hop Off, but I didn't see any marked points for pick up and no one Hopped On our bur. Our guy didn't stop at the appointed stops unless someone made the point to let him know

Historic tour was good.
Modern tour bus commentary did not work, bus had a broken window and was not clean inside

Impressive! I enjoyed the both options of the trips offered; ancient historical sites & contemporary sites as well. The extras of a complimentary drink + bicycle ride was the icing on this amazing cake!

Not bad for the price but pick up/drop off area is too narrow and chaotic especially with young kids. Also the microphone had horrible sound so it would be better if there was no commentary at all. Otherwise nice staff considering the madness of it all.
