Nice tour, some info on the highlights. On our tour it was very busy and the bus full. Loudness on the head Phone needs to be turned up.

People should LINE UP & board bus on first come basis rather than PUSHING

Long waiting time full buses

We are sorry to hear that waiting time is long. Buses are running with every 30-40 minutes. And due to high demand some times buses are running full. We are continuously working to enhance customer experience. Apologies for the inconvenience.
We liked it a lot, the purchase was very easy. Although the app could be improved, I would have liked to know how to get from a point to any bus stop or that Google Maps could indicate how to get to those stops.
