It was excellent, the only thing was that the bus stop at number 6 stop didn’t mention the sightseeing bus so we weren’t sure we were at the right place

Didn't know where exactly to get in bus, first ride was ok in dutch, we're surprised had to change bus and there information was only in english

Buses were very crowded difficult to sit together

Several headphone outlets were not working. Long line ups to get on. The tour was quite short compared to other HOHO cities and not really that interesting. It was just okay.

Good tour. Started to enjoy it once I found a headset board that worked. On a second ride the bus was completely full and the only headset board didn’t work at all missing important information about the sites visited,

The volume on the earphones was too low considering the traffic noise and passenger age.

The audio was very bad, with a very loud interference noise, which caused much of what was being said to be lost.
