Drivers very polite. Busses frequent enough. Plenty to see.

Booking and getting the ticket on the bus was easy. On the top floor of the bus not every outlet for the headphones was working. The audio commentary didn’t always fit the point of the route we were at. Also it mixed up left and right. I listened in German. When the commentary was talking about a building that used to be a prison and no one knew where to look at all. At one stop, we stood in the sun for about 15 minutes and we didn’t know why. We were melting on the top floor… a word from the driver would have been appreciated but therefore the driver would have needed a few words in English…

Great staff and clean buses

Bus frequency could have been better especially during high season. Timetable of stops wasn’t respected this is probably why the narration wasn’t matching the sites.

A great way to see València in very hot weather

Coming from the Cruise port, it was difficult to find the HoHo bus stop. There were no staff giving directions. There were no signs giving directions. Asked staff member of normal buses, but directions were unclear. Asked people at a normal bus stop. One lady walked me to the HoHo stop 9 which was only a few yards away, but it was not clearly visible or stand out enough, that I ever would have found it on my own. There needs to be a stop near Port entrance with clear banners. The walk was too far to even start the journey. The bus and audio was fine. The driver was fine. The round trip took 2 1/4 hours, which was a bit long.
