The buses were in time un the morning. A little bit late in the afternoon, I think because of the traffic. The drivers were polite and helpful. All in all I think it's a great option to see any big city you are unfamiliar with.))

Route is good, but the bus is old and rattles. Commentary is very basic, most of the audio tour is quiet or loud random beeps. Bus stops could be better marked, especially in the busy city center

Buses were too far apart with no indication as to when the next one was coming. Waited 45 minutes and 60 minutes. There wasn’t a lot of information about what we were seeing, the culture or history

The first driver, a young, thin white man, didn't even stop when I flagged him down. I waited 2 hours for the bus at stop 13. Otherwise, everything went well with the rest.

WE enjoyed and learned much on the ride. The ear plugs worked fine and the driver was excellent.

Was good aber a little bit expensive in compare with Hopon Hopoff in others cities of Spain.

The bus really needs to be updated view is impacted downstairs, when rain cover was on the noise of it rattling with the old engine was very distracting didnt stay on the bus for more than 30 minutes
