The vehicle would wait at a maximum for 5 minutes for the guest, so that the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.

If your pick-up address or the area where your hotel is located is not suitable for the tour vehicle's entry, your tour guide will send you the meeting point closest to your address a day before.
You might encounter delays getting through security checks when you enter the venue because of the increased security procedures.

Please note that in case the Cable Car is out of service , the ascent and descent of the mountain will be done by Bus.
Chair lift and Quad Bike are unpaid and guests are solely responsible for their safety.
Osmangazi Bridge could be used instead of the ferry because of the bad weather or traffic.
This tour operates all year except Ramadan.
