Itinerary
Get ready for a wonderful full-day tour from Izmir where you will explore three amazing ancient cities—Priene, Miletus, and Didyma. In the morning, a comfortable and fully air-conditioned bus will pick you up from your hotel or from the airport in Izmir. You will be warmly welcomed by your tour guide, who will stay with you the whole day, sharing interesting stories and facts about the places you will visit. Your journey begins with a visit to the ancient city of Didyma. This city was once home to a huge temple dedicated to Apollo. Even though the temple is in ruins now, the giant columns and old stones still show how important and grand this place was in the past. You’ll walk among the ruins and feel like you are stepping back in time.
After that, the tour takes you to Miletus. This city is situated on a mountain and offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. You’ll love the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Miletus was once a powerful city and still boasts many historical remains, including Roman baths and a large ancient theater. Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 48 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
