The tour includes walking long distances, we suggest you to wear proper attire.
Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby atleast 10-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
The tour will start at 09.00 Hrs, but pick up is 30-60 minutes before.
The pickup time varies between 1 hour to 30 minutes before the start of the tour at the Gray Line terminal ( Dubai Internet City Metro).

Jumeirah Mosque is closed on Friday. The opening time on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and & Thursdays from 08h45 till 09h45 AM only and on Mondays & Wednesdays from 09h00 to 10h00 AM and from 10h15 to 11h15 AM.Ladies visiting the Mosque are required to cover their heads with a scarf and do not wear shorts, beachwear, or sleeveless outfits as they are to be fully covered. Men visiting the Mosque should wear long trousers.
The National Museum off Dubai is closed on Friday morning and no refund will be provided .
The vehicle would wait at a maximum of 5 minutes for the guest so that the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.

Clients that booked less than 12h a tour, will not be provided PICK up but can join the tours at the departure point - Gray Line terminal ( Dubai Internet City Metro)
For clients in SHARJAH, JEBEL ALI, or AJMAN hotels: a supplement is charged for 15$ pp for pick up.
