The tour includes walking long distances, we suggest you to wear proper attire.

The pickup time varies between 30-60 minutes before the start of the tour. However, you can join the tour at the departure point.
Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby atleast 10-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
The vehicle would wait at a maximum for 5 minutes for the guest, so that the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.
We encourage you to give us the local contact, email or mobile as our customer service duty is to reconfirm and give accurate information.
Clients that booked less than 12h a tour, will not be provided pickup but can join the tours at the departure point at the Gray Line terminal ( Dubai Internet City Metro).
For clients in SHARJAH, JEBEL ALI or AJMAN hotels: we charge a supplement of 15$ pp for pick up.

Before Photographing any local residents, kindly ask their permission. Photographing local ladies is not permitted.
The stop at Jumeirah Mosque does not include a guided entrance to the Mosque, but should guests want to enter, the Mosque is only open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08:45am till 09:45am only.
On Mondays and Wednesdays from 09:00am to 10:00am and from 10:15 am to 11:15 am. The Mosque is closed on Fridays.
Ladies visiting the Mosque are required to cover their heads with a scarf and do not wear shorts, beachwear, or sleeveless outfits as they are to be fully covered. Men visiting the Mosque should wear long trousers.
Tour operarates everyday instead of Friday, but the National Museum is closed on Friday morning , and guest will not be able to visit it. There is not refund offered for that.
Schedules are likely to change during the Holy month of Ramadan.
Meals are based on food only basis, any beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) will be charged as per consumption and to be paid directly at the spot.
Dubai Museum is discontinued until further notice due to renovation. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
