Redemption Info

You can show your voucher (Mobile/ Printed) to the driver cum guide who will pick you from your Hotel.

The pickup time varies between 1 hour to 30 minutes before the start of the tour at the departure point Gray Line terminal ( Dubai Internet City Metro ).

The precise time will be provided a day before the tour is booked for.

Clients that booked less than 12h a tour, will not be provided PICK up but can join the tours at the departure point - Gray Line terminal ( Dubai Internet City Metro).

Voucher Information : Mobile or Paper Voucher both are accepted.

Please provide your Hotel name at the time of making the booking.

In case if you have not booked your hotel, our customer care team will reach you to make a note of the hotel later on.

The tour includes walking long distances, we suggest you to wear proper attire.

Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby atleast 30-60 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
The vehicle would wait at a maximum for 5 minutes for the guest, so that the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.
We encourage you to give us the local contact, email or mobile as our customer service duty is to reconfirm and give accurate information.
For clients in SHARJAH, JEBEL ALI or AJMAN hotels: a supplement is charged of 15$ pp for pick up.
Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles.
Before Photographing any local residents, kindly ask their permission. Photographing local ladies is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
