Designed to challenge realism and with a distinct emphasis on ‘Shared Escapism,’ the 7,000-square-meter facility packs around 18 interactive rides ideal for all skill levels.

Start your adventure at Play DXB Dubai with a smooth and hassle-free entry. Located in Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall, you can experience excitement after exploring other attractions. Be prepared to enter a futuristic world of gaming and virtual reality. In the center of VR Park is Burj Drop, which lets you experience the world’s tallest building (Burj Khalifa) in the most extraordinary way. It is one of Play DXB’s most popular attractions. This ride simulates cleaning the windows of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building when suddenly things go wrong. The sensation of falling will give you an adrenaline rush like never before, all from the safety of a VR headset.

You can redeem your mobile /printed voucher at the ticket counter of Play DXB Dubai Mall, Financial Center Rd, Level 2, The Dubai Mall, Dubai

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Ticket/ Voucher is valid to the travel date you choose.

Know Before You Go

Voucher Information: Mobile or Paper Vouchers, both are accepted.
Ramadan Timings: Weekdays will be 10am until 12 midnight. Weekends will be 10am until 1AM.
Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. During the activity.
The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, F&B are not included.
You can access each ride only once on Play DXB (Repetition not allowed).
Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at Play DXB and which is non-negotiable.
Standard age, height and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride. The minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm and for children should be under 120 cm.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit. The operator may deny entry to children traveling alone for safety concerns, so kindly follow the child policy at all times.
Guests should be there 30 minutes before the scheduled time depending on your Booking

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
