- After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

Know Before You Go
- Voucher Information: Mobile or Paper Vouchers are accepted.

- Prams or pushchairs are allowed inside the attraction.
- The attraction do not have storage facilities to hold any baggage or prams.
- Audioguide available in the given languages : Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, English, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Norwegian, Spanish and Thai. British Sign Language is also available.
- The Stadium Tours Reception is located in the Main Stand, opposite the club superstore.
- The closest bus stops and taxi/car drop-off points are along Walton Breck Road (A5089), which is on the same side of the stadium as the Main Stand and club superstore.
- You are very welcome to bring your own food & drink. You can consume it in public spaces around the stadium.

Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 24 Hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
