Once your Buckingham Palace visit ends, you will need to make your own way to Bullied Way in Victoria. From there, your comfortable, air-conditioned coach will take you to Windsor Castle. You can show your mobile or printed voucher to the Tour Representative at the meeting location: Outside King's Gallery, Buckingham Palace, London SW1A 1AA.
Post-Buckingham Palace Tour, by 12:45pm, please make your way to Bulleid Way, Victoria, for the 1:00pm Windsor Castle tour. The driver will take you directly to the castle for an extended visit.

Guests are advised to wear comfortable shoes and clothing on their travel day.
Children must be accompanied with an adult at all times.
Please be advised that the Buckingham Palace is open from 09:30am till 07:30pm and the last entry is at 05:15pm.
To join the Windsor Castle tour you must go to Bus Stop 1 Bulleid Way in Victoria.
Please note that the St. George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Worshippers are welcome to attend the services.
During peak periods, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi may be used.
Please note that for safety reasons, pushchairs are not permitted in the State Rooms. They must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby-carriers are available on rent.
Use of mobile phones are permitted in the Palace garden. Mobile phones must be switched off elsewhere on the visitor route.
Photography is not permitted inside Buckingham Palace.
Please look out for the Golden Tours Representative, you must check-in with them.

Return time: approx. 5:30pm
Return point: Due to legal working hour’s restrictions for our drivers, this tour will finish within a 2 or 3 minute walk of Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also runs through Gloucester Road, and is only 5 stops to Piccadilly Circus.

Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
  • Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
  • This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
