Improve headphone system (upper deck, red route). The sound recording is too bad. My family and I couldn't hear-understand the explanation. I am not satisfied.

I found the onboard commentaries were not in sync with tour slot of the time.

If you don’t read the fine print and do research you will find out you can’t just hop on and off that easy. Some waits are up to an hour. The ride itself is great once on. If you ar lucky enough to get the very front seat upstairs you will have a great view. Use head phones for the commentary. We purchased the 48 hour pass and it includes the river cruise. Over the 48 hour period we only managed 3 bus trips and the river trip. Value for money ? Probably compared to a taxi yes

The red route took us to great sights. The only issue I have is that it is confusing with the different tour companies all doing hop on hop off. When you sign up they should give you a map where all the stops are.

That route is too long and some of these bus companies need to merge to have fewer of them on the road.

The bus allowed us to tour London easily and the staff was helpful. We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Samir as we navigated the bus and the city.

Adrian was the best bus driver ever!!! Absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly and helpful. We were on the last bus of the day and when we asked him the best way to get to our end destination he went one further and drove us directly there. Incredible service and totally made our day!!
