Adrian was the best bus driver ever!!! Absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly and helpful. We were on the last bus of the day and when we asked him the best way to get to our end destination he went one further and drove us directly there. Incredible service and totally made our day!!

El recorrido termino una hora y media antes del horario informado y quedamos muy lejos de nuestra parada. Hicimos el recorrido en barco y nos dejo en otro lugar y fue super breve no lo recomiendo, es importante respetar los horarios para que los turistas podemos manejarnos por la ciudad.

Unavailable buses in the middle of the day was inconvenient. Also, the bus ride was fast and not in synch with the audio.

Was an amazing experience and very informative. Only issue that I was was while using the app. On the audio when it was telling about the upcoming stops, it always said “Next Place” instead of the actual destination name. So sometimes hard to keep track of where we were

Timings of the buses were not accurate and customer service were not helpful at all and not knowledgeable. Other companies seemed more organized and more punctual
