I liked the commentary, though sometimes it was describing the stop as we were pulling away. Not too many facts, just enough to keep me entertained. The seats are uncomfortable. We are older, it’s not as easy to get around as it used to be. So the bus was our best option to see London. The tour was enjoyable but my back still aches a day later. I would recommend City Sightseeing tours.

The bus seemed to take a very convoluted route, perhaps due to construction. Because of that, the audio narrative did not always match with where we were. There seemed to be a lot of dead space in which nothing was said. Other Hop On Hop Off tours in other cities we have taken were better than this one.

The rides themselves were great! Trying to find the stops was challenging! Even the bus drivers didn’t know if we were on the correct bus!

Very convenient way to get around to see the major attractions. The staff are very helpful and pleasant to interact with. The river cruise is an excellent way to get from Westminster Bridge to the Tower of London quickly. We highly recommend the 3 day pass.

A great way to get around town, if you’re not in a hurry & just would like to see the sights. A little expansive, so make the most of it

Everything was great. The only downside was that we had to take a taxi back to hotel after our last hop off because buses stopped at 5pm on Sunday
