You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location: The London Dungeon Westminster Bridge Rd, Lambeth, SE1 7PB, London.
Show your smartphone or paper ticket at the entrance of the venue. The barcode must be intact so that it can be scanned by the staff. Admission is only possible on the booked date and timeslot. Make sure to be on time!
You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
