London Cable Car: Simply present you voucher to the Cable Car Staff.
In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
Ticket Validity: Hop-On Hop-Off 1 day is valid for unlimited travel from/to any pier within all zones (between Putney and Barking Riverside) for 1 calendar day.
You need to visit all included tours or attractions on the same day.

Wheelchair accesssible - Yes, all the piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.

Please have your e-ticket ready at the pier when boarding.
Please arrive with plenty of time for your desired departure time.
Tickets are valid until the last boat in either directions.
Guests have the option to choose from over 20 piers and travel between the same zones on the selected date.

Please note that Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to threat of lightning and thunder or strong winds.
