Know Before You Go
Windsor Castle is closed on Wednesdays. A guided walking tour around the town will operate instead.
When the State Apartments are closed, the Precincts, Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and the Drawings Gallery will continue to be open.
During peak periods, additional vehicles without Wi-Fi and USB chargers may be used.

Directions from Victoria Station to Bulleid Way: Exit Victoria Station via the Buckingham Palace Road entrance, located to the right of the Gatwick Express platforms. Turn left and walk along Buckingham Palace Road to the first main junction. When safe, cross at the traffic lights and turn left. Walk approximately 20 yards, then turn right into Bulleid Way.
Please note: Your coach will not depart from Victoria Coach Station.
St George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day. Visitors to the Castle on Sundays will not be able to enter the chapel or view the burial place of Queen Elizabeth II.
