Excellent value as ticket lasts for 2 days. We remained on bus for entire tour on day 1. Informative . Day 2 we hopped off on places we had decided to visit

Interesting stops. Would have liked all stops to be announced on board before reaching them.

We really enjoyed it. Could hear very well. Suggestion: If you could include a more obvious marking on the map of the bus stop or even the GPS coordinates, that would be very helpful. We were staying downtown Manchester and decided to walk to the Cathedral. Next we wanted to hop on and go to the war museum. But we couldn't find the bus stop and no one seemed to know where it might be. We did a lot of walking to see the bus going the other way. Back tracked from there to determine there wasn't going to be another bus that day. It would be so much better if you gave the actual bus stop on the map. Thanks

Good service. Can be busy. but on time.

The map should show stop locations for those who do not get on at the same stop as they got off.

A specific map of pick up points would have been helpful. We got there in the end but the description was a little vague on the brochure map and website.

Great tour with lots of information

The tourbus was on time.... It would have been lovely having a physical tour guide instead of a prerecorded audio to make the experience more interactive.

It was almost good, but sitting downstairs (I have a wheelchair) it was often hard to hear the audio guide while the bus was moving. I like the system in London where you put in little earbuds to listen to it - much easier to hear.

Also it was really hard to figure out where exactly some of the bus stops were. The only one that gives you an exact location is the first one, but that one wasn’t close to my hotel. I had to ask someone working at the regular bus stops, where the sightseeing bus stopped - turns out I was in three complete wrong side
