Redemption Info
- Present your voucher at the meeting location: Oxford Tourist Info centre at 15 Broad Street, Oxford, OX1 3AS
- Meet your guide wearing a red, iloveoxford, lanyard by a red sign outside the meeting point.
- The meeting point is located next door to the Oxfam shop.
- Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
- After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
- In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
- Note: The tickets are only valid on the travel date selected date at the time of booking.

- On graduation dates, entry to colleges is not guaranteed. Colleges may be closed on graduation dates.
- Please wear weather-appropriate clothing.
- Christmas closures: colleges are usually all closed from about December 21 until about January 2.
Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.
- If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.
- Any modifications made less than 72 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
- This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
