Had a lovely tour with you on a bright sunny sat afternoon. For the first half of tour we had a guide on with us who was well informed, gave us lots of info and had a lovely nature too! Once he got off, we just had the talk over the speaker. We were upstairs , in the open, and even when someone asked fir it to be turned up it was difficult to hear it all. As our ticket was valid fir 24hrs we were up early the next morn and went and hopped on a but again. Was much quieter and we were sat nearer the front of bus, near a speaker and heard the whole of the guide info. Wonderful!

I loved the information given about the sights around town. I loved the ability to get off at any point and spend as long as I liked. I liked the way the time schedule was followed!

Really easy to book on my phone, had yo find a place to get the paper ticket though. Would be good if you could just use the one in your phone to make it easier.

Great tour of York for an hour. Keith our driver/guide was extremely knowledgeable and kept us all amused with his running commentary and brilliant sense of humour

Guides on York hop on were excellent. Had a few trips on the 24 hr pass and each guide gave their historical information on York’s history.

Overall good tour but bus broke down and no one was making sure we all got on the next one. Live commentary was a bit edgy
