The actual rides and drivers were wonderful! The issue is that there is no plan by the company when there are too many people to pick up. Also the pick up spots are poorly marked

Fab-u-lous! Our tour guide Neal was just brilliant and we all learned so much about Boston. Old town trolley is definitely the best introduction to Boston you could wish for. 5 star experience.

Drivers were fine but hard to hear sometimes due to all the rude passengers talking. Maybe having earphones instead would be better
