Redemption Info
- You can redeem your mobile or printed voucher at the meeting location: Madame Tussauds Las Vegas 3377 Las Vegas Blvd Suite 2001, 89109, Las Vegas.
- Show your smartphone or paper ticket at the entrance of the venue. The barcode must be intact so that it can be scanned by the staff. Admission is only possible on the booked date and timeslot. Make sure to be on time!
- You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.
- Please check your ticket to know when it expires.
- After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
- In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

- Wheelchairs are first come, first served. Rentals are free, but require leaving an ID card during your visit.
- It is not permitted to bring large items of luggage or wheeled suitcases.

- Directions: Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, located in The Venetian's Grand Canal Shoppes on the Las Vegas Strip, can be found under the bell tower. It's across from The Mirage and above Sephora.

- You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience to get a complete refund.

- Any modifications made less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience will not be allowed.
- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
