Show your smartphone or paper ticket at the entrance of the venue. The barcode must be intact so that it can be scanned by the staff.

- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the start time of the activity/experience, you will not be reimbursed.

- The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's loal start time.
