Good tour to be able to see most of must do spots in Hanoi. Flower Market would be a good stop but it is not on there. We found it hard to find the exact spots as map they give us a little misleading for the bus stops as it is hard to see signs as well if you are on wrong side of road.

Well organized morning tour. Staff was helpful and friendly and explain everything to you. I enjoyed the sightseeing. Best to go in the morning when it is still cool.

The volume of the headset was too low and we could not hear it even at maximum volume

Overall we really enjoyed the sight seeing tour as it was a good way to see Hanoi and where the main attractions were. My one piece of negative feedback is we caught the 2:15pm from the opera house n Thursday 7th nov and the conductor / helper spent most of the hour trip sleeping which is rather unprofessional

Audio guide is not in sync with the actual route of the bus which made the experience very confusing
