Quite helpful guides onboard the bus. The challenge was finding the right bus stops as it was not clearly marked on the route map (too coarse).

Trip was really nice, well planned, only sound quality on a bus could be better. Sometimes cudnt hear anything or it was hard to connect earphones to sound system.

The pickup area’s are not staffed or signposted along the route. The entrance to attractions was difficult to identify at some of the drop offs. The Ho Chi Minh red bus experience was better organised

A very good way to see the main tourist attractions of Hanoi. We opted for the 48hr ticket, which meant we had more time to hop on and off over two days.
