It’s a good way of seeing the city’s highlights. Buses were right on schedule. To improve the service, however, buses should be cleaner with friendlier staff.

Très pratique pour visiter Hanoi. On descend quand on veut plus de 10 arrêts possibles. On peut visiter un site puis reprendre un autre bus qui passe toutes les demi-heures avec en prime un audio guide en français.👍

It was ok to place to place, but I found waiting between buses a bit long, while other bus company turned up twice and passed they were turn up around 20min later.
Next time I would get on the Grab, instead waiting for buses

Great way to visit the city and enjoy the views from the top of the bus in the wind when it is really hot outside. Vietnamese hoods and raincaps provided as well by the company.

The tour was interesting, it was very interesting to see the city during the night. However, the audio in english kept getting cut off in the middle of the sentence, therefore, we weren't able to understand everything.

The tour itself was great! It was a bit difficult to figure out which bus was ours. We got picked up by one bus only to have them drop us off leaving us to walk back to the stop they picked us up at.
Otherwise, the tour was great! Excellent driver, the tour guide was very quick to bring us rain gear when it started raining
