Overall very good. The only problem we had was finding the bus stop if we did not get off at that point. A better map would help. For example, we did not know where to go to get on the bus at "Cho Ben Thanh" We waited on the corner of the market where the arrow was on the mapand then followed the bus (running) as it went past, around the corner. We could then see roughly where the stop was far down that street. Of course we missed that bus and had to wait another 45 minutes for the next one.

I wish there was a live feed to see where the buses are at. They were late a bunch (there was a lot of traffic so it’s unavoidable) but I could have at least stayed a bit longer or done more with my time wasted on waiting.

Booked this tour to get an overview of Ho Chi Min City (24h hop on/hop off ticket). You can‘t get off at as many stops as I hoped, just a view. I wanted to go to the history museum, while there I found out it was closed for a few hours around noon, something you don’t expect. You get a complimentary ticket to the War Remant Museum (quite impressive) or Independent Palace, which is a nice addition.

It was OK but all the bus drivers were borderline rude. They were just unhappy people, no matter which bus I boarded. The ladies could also do a better job with customer service. They need more training.

The speaking during the tour didn't match what we actually passed during the tour. Sometime the speaking got interrupted and never finalized.
