Itinerary
Explore the cutting-edge City Life redevelopment project, a vibrant urban region that sprang from the remodeling of the Milan Trade Fair, to discover Milan's future. This ambitious project, which spans 225,000 square meters and offers a new urban plan, is known for its three remarkable architectural creations: the Isozaki, Libeskind, and Zaha-Hadid towers.
The Isozaki tower, also called the "Dritto" (Straight), is the second-tallest skyscraper in Italy with fifty stories and panoramic views. It honors regional custom and is crowned by a reenactment of Milan's famed Madonnina.
The Libeskind tower, also known as the "Curved," resembles a half Renaissance dome and protects the area below.
On the other hand, because of its creative vertical design, which embodies a bold torsion that highlights the dynamic use of space, the Zaha-Hadid tower—named after its Anglo-Iraqi architect—is jokingly dubbed the "Storto" (Twisted).
Beyond the architectural wonders, Milan's dedication to modern design and urban planning is demonstrated by City Life. The "Orti Fioriti di City Life" (City Life Flower Gardens) is a green heart that covers around 4,000 square meters. It features themed areas such the Garden of the Infinite-Minds, Pergola of the Gourds, Herb Garden, raised Garden, Avenue of tiny fruit trees, and Garden of Perfumes.
