You can take all the time you need for your visit. Only your starting time (booked timeslot) is set. On average, the self-guided tour takes about 2 hours.
Cloakroom service and lockers are available for guests, free of charge, as long as it don't exceed 320 x 255 x 492 mm (HxWxD). Bigger items such as trolleys or carry-on luggage are not allowed. You can leave those in the nearest Lockerpoint Luggage Storage at Marie Heinekenplein 12, 1072 MH Amsterdam.
