- After booking the ticket, please pre-book the slot before visiting.
- Book a date & time of your visit HERE using the Booking Code that you will receive after making the booking.
- Once confirmed, no change of visit date and time.
- Download and save the file with your e-tickets.
- Proceed straight to admission for park entry with your e-tickets at 80 Mandai Lake Rd, Singapore 729826.
- After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.
- In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.
