Ticket is valid to the travel date you choose.

Mobile Voucher: Mobile and Paper voucher both are accepted!
Please ensure you have a hassle-free journey by carrying your valid passport and identification documents on your travel date.
The tour includes walking long distances, we suggest you to wear proper attire.
All of our driver-guides speak a minimum of three languages, with English as their main language.
Panoramic vehicle  availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Meeting point: Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time
The mini train is not guaranteed and it is depending on the weather.
The mini train does not run from January to March.

  • The cut-off times are determined by the activity/experience's local start time.
  • This activity/experience is weather dependent. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be given an alternate date or a full refund.
